How can I customize my order on your website?

Just follow these steps:
- Step 1 will show you actual pictures of different types of lapel pins.
- Step 2 will show you different shapes available. If you don't feel like selecting any of those common shapes in the picture, you can select custom shape.
- Step 3 gives you an option to select metal color. from gold to black plating color. No extra charge. Then it's about time to select pin size on
- Step 4 If your desired size isn't on the list, we can customize it. Just note the size in the instructions box at Step 8.
- Step 5 is an option to select back fixing. From the very durable and common type of butterfly clutch to cufflink attachment. Very nice selections.
- Step 6 will give you an option to select the packaging preference. From the simple PVC bag to an elegant velvet box. Perfect for giveaways.
- Step 7 is pin upgrades. It is optional which means that the system will still allow you to check out if you skip this step. And given the fact that it's optional, means that there is an extra cost for every selection.
- Step 8 isn't the final step but it's a very important one. This is where you can upload your file, select the color and other instructions.
- Step 9 is the pre-final step to getting your desired custom lapel pins. It will give you an option to select the delivery date. It's always free shipping unless you want it on an earlier date. Then check out to enter the shipping information and pay.
Can I see the proof first before I pay?
- Certainly! Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. To achieve total customer satisfaction, we will do our best to understand our customer's requirements and meet those specifications at all times. You can send your artwork at sales@lapelpinnow.com. The proof will be sent to you within an hour. We can make changes or adjustments until you are satisfied enough and ready to place your order.

What does production time means?
- Production time refers to the period it takes to make your custom patch order in our production facility. The time is based on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
What is the turn around time for orders?
- It takes 5-7 business days to get your order delivered to your doorstep.
What happens if there is a mistake on my order?
- When an error has been confirmed made by our production staff, we will process the remake exactly as how you originally requested minus any errors that we made at no extra cost.
How long should I wait to get a refund?
- The standard turn around time in receiving your refund is 3-5 business days. It is processed immediately but the financial institution may hold the fund for a couple of days before it's officially posted.
Is it OK to use copyrighted or licensed material for my lapel pin?
- We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted material and will not accept liability for such infringement when reproducing orders. You are solely responsible for ensuring the artwork you submit does not infringe on property rights by obtaining proper permission for the reproduction of logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material.

How much is the shipping and handling fee?
- Shipping is FREE unless you want it on an earlier date.
I need my products very urgent,how fast you can produce it?
- For most items, it will need only 3-5 days upon proof approval when in a rush. Depending on your items, our sales representative will check the schedule and get the fastest production time for you.
Will I be notified if the order has been shipped?
- You will be notified via email once the order has been shipped which includes the tracking number.

What is Pay Later option?

You have an option to cancel the order under a pay later option if you didn't like the proof.
How can I process a payment if my order is under a Pay Later option?

What if I do not know anything about designs? Are you creative enough to help me with my artwork?
- We have expert designers who can definitely assist you in creating an artwork. Just provide your instructions/ideas on the box provided in Step 8. A proof will still be sent to you which requires your approval before we start the production.
